Vehicle Restrictions

Our car parks are only available for cars, motorcycles, light utilities and light vans.

Please verify that your vehicle meets the below restrictions as you are not entitled to a refund if your vehicle exceeds our size and height restrictions.

Each of our parking bays are 5.5m in length.

Height restrictions

Long Stay Plus         4.7m

Long Stay Saver      4.3m

Short Stay               2.2m 

As per our terms and conditions, you must park within the boundary of one parking bay. Vehicles must not have anything under tow.

Where do I park?

When you pre-book online, you reserve a space in the selected car park. You may choose any available space within this car park.

How to Enter the Car Park

After you have processed your online booking, an email confirmation will be sent to you.

If you have entered your vehicle registration number, upon entry to the car park the recognition system will read your registration plate and the boom gate will automatically raise. If the gate does not raise, please scan the QR Code on your booking confirmation. 

Please press the help button if you are experiencing any issues.

How to Exit the Car Park

At the exit, if the boom gate does not raise after recognising the vehicle's licence plate, please scan the QR code supplied on your confirmation.

If you have overstayed your booking, you will be prompted to pay the additional amount required (credit card payments only at gate).

Press the help button at the exit if you require assistance.
